I, Lisa am one of the only Las Vegas, Nevada portrait photographers that does underwater sessions, a unique type of session where you & I both submerge underwater and take artistic and unique portraits.

With Underwater portraits the possibilities are ENDLESS! You do need to know how to swim, open your eyes underwater & be comfortable underwater, but you don’t need to be able hold your breath for long periods of time. I guide you through everything during the shoot and shoot in shallow pools so there is no risk to you.

• How does Underwater Photography work?

There are no air tank. I walk you through some poses and then we go underwater and hold our breath. While you are doing the poses I take pictures. The best images come when you are relaxed in the water. Water by nature is relaxing and you just need to let yourself do that. Floating underwater is not easy but makes for some incredible images. So take a deep breath and lets create!

• Do you need to have a pool?

You do not need to have a pool in your backyard. With that said we do need to find a location that will allow us to work. Some pool rentals require some additional fees.

• Do I need special wardrobe?

We can shoot anything underwater! The lighter the fabric the easier it is for you to move in the water. Flowing dresses made of chiffon or tulle are the easiest to work with.

• How expensive is Underwater Photography?

Underwater Photography is a very unique and creative type of photography. Because of the gear that has to be used along with other factors the cost of Underwater Photography is more expensive than above ground photography.
